In Vinh Hung district, food, drink and beverage service establishments in the district are reopened but only serve take-away. Le Thi Kim Phuong, the owner of a restaurant in Quarter 1, Vinh Hung townlet shared: "The restaurant has been closed for nearly 2 months now to ensure safety for epidemic prevention and control, it is now believed that the district has implemented Directive No. 15 of the PM, I'm very happy for restaurants to sell and take away, This morning, the shop is back to business, I myself and my family always have a great sense of epidemic prevention and control and great safety. The main roads to the inner districts of the district, the exits to the communes and townlets with many checkpoints that were previously established to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic were removed by volunteers, police forces, militia and youth unions members.

Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, a member of the on-duty staff in Vinh Hung townlet informed that the members of the team assigned each other to be on 24-hour duty during the days of implementing Directive 16, even though the work was difficult, but I and my brothers still tried our best to carry out the assigned tasks and feel very happy that the locality has basically controlled the epidemic and has not spread to the community.
