Currently, the epidemic situation in the province has been basically controlled; However, the epidemic situation in the provinces neighbouring Long An is very complicated, the risk of disease spreading in the community is very high. In order to continue to implement drastic and effective measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 epidemic and ensure the "dual goal" implementation, prevent the disease from spreading in the province timely, the Provincial People's Committee requires Heads of departments, agencies, units, and chairpersons of People's Committees of districts, town and city to implement, as follows:

Ending the application of Directive 15/CT-TTg dated March 27, 2020 of the PM for districts of Duc Hoa, Ben Luc, Can Duoc, Can Giuoc and Tan An city from 00 o’clock on June 19, 2021.

From 00 o’clock on June 19, 2021, the following epidemic prevention and control measures will be applied until further notice, specifically as follows:

Continuing to stop activities and services according to Official Letter No. 4983/UBND-VHXH dated June 1, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, including karaoke, discotheque, spa, bar, massage, sauna, gym, yoga, performing arts, public video game service; billiards clubs, concert venues, cinemas, dance clubs, gyms, internet access service; sports and activities with direct contact; beauty clinics, beauty surgery and physical therapy.

Temporarily suspending activities and events that gather more than 30 people at the same time, including wedding restaurant services, food and beverage services and collective parties (parties, new-house celebration, etc.).

The remaining activities and services are allowed to operate, but they must ensure the strict 5-K implementation, in which the distance between 2 people is at least one meter. Owners of facilities, agencies and units are responsible for fully implementing the above epidemic prevention and control measures and other necessary measures when operating.

Conferences, seminars and meeting activities necessary to carry out important political tasks of the sector and locality and serve the socio-economic development, national defense and security of the locality and the province The organization is allowed to organize, but must fully implement measures to prevent and control the epidemic according to regulations. Heads of agencies, units and localities are assigned to have specific regulations to implement and take responsibility for the necessity and absolute safety for attendees.

For the management and control of people returning from epidemic areas: continue to comply with Official Letter No. 5183/UBND-VHXH dated June 4, 2021 and Notice No. 1741/TB-UBND dated June 6, 2021 of the provincial People's Committee.

For the operation of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and the District Public Administration Centers

Require normal operation from June 21, 2021; In which, attention should be paid attention to developing a plan to ensure the safety of the staff, civil servants, public employees and employees working at the Center and customers when they come to submit documents directly at the Center, especially applying the following measures strictly:

Arrange staff to guide people and customers to make medical declarations, measure body temperature and check personal information of customers to contact (in case people return from epidemic areas or people with body temperature above 38). If you are in good health - have a certificate from the health authority, you will need to continue to guide people to carry out the procedures according to the established procedures).

Arrange the entrance and exit of customers when moving into the application receiving area according to a closed one-way process and regularly regulating the number of customers in the application area to no more than 30 people at a time (depending on the conditions of each unit); arrange customer's waiting position to ensure a minimum 1-meter distance.

Ask customers to always wear face masks, wash their hands with an antiseptic solution according to regulations and move according to the instruction diagram.

Applying measures to ensure safety for officials, civil servants, public employees and employees working at the Center, as follows:

 Require strict implementation of daily electronic medical declaration (QR code); always wear face masks, medical gloves and anti-droplet glasses when working; disinfect hands immediately after checking records, collecting fees or charges, or coming into contact with potentially infectious things.

It is recommended to arrange glass partition panels of suitable materials on each employee's desk to avoid direct contact with customers.

After each working session, ask employees to clean their desks and personal tools with an antiseptic solution.

Conduct disinfection spraying with Chloramin B solution at least once a week (depending on the conditions of each unit).

Heads of all levels, branches and localities are responsible for implementing the above epidemic prevention and control measures, ensuring flexibility, safety and efficiency; take responsibility before the law and to the head of the immediate superior if an epidemic occurs at the agency, unit or locality due to subjective, negligent and irresponsible causes. At the same time, strengthen the inspection and handling of violations according to regulations; synthesize and report daily performance results to the Department of Health (the Standing Agency of the Provincial Steering Committee) according to regulations.
The Department of Information and Communications, Long An Newspaper, Long An Radio and Television Station, People's Committees of districts, town and city continue to promptly and continuously inform documents and contents of instructions of the Provincial People's Committee in the epidemic prevention and control in order to create consensus among the people and the whole society, contributing to creating synergy to gradually repel the COVID-19 epidemic in the province.

It is proposed that the Fatherland Front Committee and provincial mass organizations continue to lead and direct in the system to promote the mobilization of union members, members and people to be vigilant, proactive and self-conscious in implementing the epidemic prevention and control measures effectively under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee; promote mobilization of resources to focus on epidemic prevention and control, timely support for difficult cases affected by the epidemic, and forces participating in epidemic prevention and control.

The members of the Steering Committee for the prevention and control of dangerous epidemics on human of the province, districts, town and city according to their assigned tasks and localities continue to coordinate with the Party committees and localities in proactively implementing drastic measures to prevent and control the above epidemic, ensure timely and effectively./.
