Accordingly, the projects have been planned, deployed and implemented for a long time but due to problems in compensation and site clearance, the owners refused to hand over the land for implementation. There are 3 projects in Tan An city, 2 projects in Kien Tuong town, 5 projects in Can Duoc district, 7 projects in Can Giuoc district, and 6 projects in Ben Luc district.

The delay in compensation and site clearance makes projects and works sluggish in progress, causing waste of land resources and public outrage.

To focus on resolving the difficulties, the People's Committee of Long An province directed localities to closely coordinate with provincial departments and branches to organize measures, resolutely implement, promptly remove difficulties, hand over the site, and soon put the works and projects into operation, contributing to the local social-economic development./.
