The electricity sector actively mobilizes resources to effectively participate in the province's programs: High-tech agricultural development program associated with agricultural restructuring, new-syle rural construction program, electricity for lighting dragon fruits, supplying electricity for shrimp farming, and so on with a total investment of 203 kilometers of medium voltage roads, 125 kilometers of low voltage lines, capacity 22,700 kVA.

Currently, the grid system has covered all communes, wards and towns. In which, the rural area with the electricity grid reaches 100 percent, the rate of households using electricity is 99.96 percent.

Mr. Nguyen Hoang Hai informed that the investment in the electricity network, erase the shared electric meter over the past time, has always been interested in implementing by all levels, branches and electricity. In the 2016-2020 period, the electricity industry mobilizes 580 billion VND to erase shared galvanometer and improve the quality of rural electricity. As a result, PCLA erased 27,280 galvanometers from 2 or more households (down 54 percent compared to the end of 2015), separating 106,352 households (down 74 percent compared to the end of 2015).
