In the first 6 months of 2019, the work of monitoring, speeding up and inspecting the implementation of tasks was assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee stably. Departments, branches and localities set up working groups or units to monitor, urge and inspect the implementation and performance of tasks assigned by the provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the provincial People's Committee.

Leaders and cadres, civil servants are assigned tasks of departments, branches and localities seriously and more focused on this work, so the rate of tasks completed on average in the first 6 months of 2019 quite high (98.3 percent); The average rate of completed tasks is too low (1.7 percent). In which, 19 units completed with the rate of over 80 percent.

However, some regular tasks, the departments, sectors and localities have done  statistics incompletely, especially late ones. According to statistics, the team monitor, urge and check the statistical tasks in which 3 tasks are late, 2 tasks are not satisfactory. In addition, over 33 arising tasks assigned by the Provincial People's Committee and Chairman of the provincial People's Committee has not been resolved completely in the first 6 months.

According to the Office Chief of the National Assembly Delegation, People's Council and People's Committee of Long An Province - Mai Van Nhieu, the conference aimed at sharing experiences among the office chiefs of state administrative agencies. Since then, some contents and tasks are deployed in coordinating counseling, assisting, serving leaders at provincial and district levels in 2019.

Mr. Nhieu emphasized that the key tasks of the office of state administrative agencies in the coming time should focus on administrative reform, information technology application in management and administration, etc. towards the target of e-government construction./.
