After Tet holiday, employees at Hoa Thanh Long An Co., Ltd started working immediately

According to the Deputy Director of Viet Thang Long An Animal Feed Co., Ltd - Nguyen Thanh Vu, on the 5th of the Lunar New Year (January 29), Board of Directors, engineers, technicians and workers started work immediately.

This is an enterprise producing animal feed, located in Nhut Chanh Industrial Park, Ben Luc. Accordingly, after the Lunar New Year holiday, the engineers and technicians re-check all the machines, equipment and production lines to ensure smooth operation on the first working day of the new year. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Vu said that the company is applying a production system based on 4.0 technology. Accordingly, a production shift has only 6 to 8 employees to monitor the system of machinery and equipment and arrange finished products. On the occasion of Lunar New Year, the employees are given an additional 1 month's salary and other bonuses. Currently, the average salary of employees is from 8 to 10 million VND per month.

After Tet holiday, officials and employees of Hoa Thanh Long An Co., Ltd. returned to work on the 6th of Lunar New Year (January 30). This enterprise produces handicraft items from water hyacinth, cloth, and so on into many interior decoration products.

According to the Board of Directors of Hoa Thanh Long An Co., Ltd, most of its products are exported to Europe. In 2019, the company achieved many positive results with high revenue and profit; employee income is also improved. The average income is from 5 to 6.5 million VND per month. On the Lunar New Year, the employees are received an additional bonus of 1 to 3 month's salary.
