The Ministry of Health has just granted Long An province a mobile dedicated vaccination vehicle, which has been allocated to the Center for Disease Control for use, thereby contributing to vaccinate timely and effectively.

The prototype of this dedicated vehicle is an improved Mitsubishi Fuso Canter truck for mobile vaccination. The two sides of the truck can be raised with tarpaulins to protect people from the sun and rain. The rear of the car is installed a ladder to help people get on and off easily.
The vehicle is arranged with tables and chairs for vaccination right on the car, limiting the gathering of people
In addition, the floor is also installed with tables and chairs that can be lowered with a total of 4 tables and 8 benches, divided equally on both sides of the body to help people vaccinate on the car, limit the people to gatther. In particular, the truck also has a refrigerator installed inside to store vaccine.

It is known that Long An is urgently deploying Covid-19 vaccination for the whole population with over 1.3 million people aged 18 and older. This is the largest vaccination campaign ever to implement the herd immunity strategy in the whole province.
According to Director of Long An Department of Health - Huynh Minh Phuc, the mobile dedicated vaccination vehicle is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements of safe and effective vaccination service, especially for areas with difficult conditions; thereby it contributes to speeding up the vaccination campaign for the entire population./.
