On the morning of August 27, the delegation visited the Hsinchu City government. Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Chiou Chen Yuan - Mayor of Hsinchu City; Mr. Hsu Chih Pao - Director of the Hsinchu City Department of Industrial Development. The Hsinchu City government informed about the history of the city's formation and development, infrastructure development and support policies to build a semiconductor ecosystem and an important link in the global semiconductor industry. The delegation exchanged, introduced, and provided information about the investment environment of Long An province.

In the afternoon of the same day, the delegation worked with the representative of Tan Truc High-Tech Park. Receiving and working with the delegation was Ms. Yu Jing Chiou - General Secretary of Tan Truc High-Tech Park. The two sides exchanged about the successful development model and strategy of the High-Tech Park for reference in the construction and development of the local high-tech park, especially the management and operation model of the high-tech park. The delegation introduced and provided information about the investment environment of Long An province.

After that, the delegation went to work with YoungTek Electronics Company, specializing in packaging and testing semiconductor chips. Receiving and working with the delegation was Mr. Bily Wang - Chairman of the Company. The company introduced the history of establishment, production and business fields and development orientation of the company.

The delegation learned about the structure, production and business model of the company, learned practical knowledge in the packaging and testing of the semiconductor chip manufacturing process. Thereby, introducing the investment environment of the province and inviting YoungTek Electronics Company to invest in the field of semiconductor chip manufacturing in Long An province.

Through the working sessions, the Long An Provincial delegation learned experiences in building the locality to become an important link in the industry global semiconductors; creating a favorable environment for the development of the semiconductor industry, attracting investment and promoting innovation and sustainable economic development; cooperating with relevant units in academia, business, research, management; clarifying the role and contribution of high-tech parks to the semiconductor industry./.
