On April 9, Long An Provincial Party Secretary - Nguyen Van Quyet chaired a reception for the Korean Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City - Shin Choong Il. Also attending the reception were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - Huynh Van Son and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

Korean Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City - Shin Choong Il thanked the leaders of Long An province for their warm welcome and expressed his hope that in the coming time, the two sides will further strengthen exchange and cooperation activities in many aspects.
On this visit, Mr. Shin Choong Il proposed that Long An province organize a dialogue between provincial leaders and the Korean business community in early May 2025 to remove difficulties and learn more about the investment environment in Long An.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Quyet acknowledged the contributions of Korean enterprises to the socio-economic development of Long An province in recent times.
He also hopes that more and more enterprises will come to learn about and implement projects in Long An province. At the same time, he committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Korean enterprises to feel secure in investing and developing sustainably in the locality.
