The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Investment and Development Fund to embellish the infrastructure of Duc Hoa Ha industrial cluster in order to improve the infrastructure system and put businesses into orderly operation. In addition, most of the establishments in the industrial cluster are small and medium-sized enterprises, so they have not been proactive in setting up procedures for investment, land, environment, construction, etc./.
