Long An's export turnover reachs 6.1 billion USD

In the first 10 months of 2023, the export turnover of businesses in Long An province reached over 6.1 billion USD, increased 3.31% over the same period, reaching 86.4% of the plan. Meanwhile, import turnover in 10 months reached 3.07 billion USD, decreased 30.01% over the same period.

According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Long An is the leading locality in the Mekong Delta in terms of export turnover, ranking 13/63 provinces and cities nationwide. Currently, Long An has over 900 export and import enterprises. Goods in the province are exported to 110 countries and territories around the world.

Long An's main export products are rice, cashew nuts, seafood, dragon fruit, seedless lemons, leather shoes, textile products, mechanics, electronics, etc. Products and goods of enterprises in Long An province constantly affirms its quality, reputation, enhances competitiveness, and has provided stable supply to export markets, including many markets with high requirements for product quality: USA , Japan, Korea, EU, etc.
