Director of Department of Industry and Trade - Le Minh Duc, Secretary of Duc Hue District Party Committee - Pham Van Tran have just surveyed and worked with Hoan Cau Long An Company on solar power project.
The project is invested by Hoan Cau Long An Company with an area of about 1,000 hectares in Binh Hoa Nam commune, Duc Hue district. Accordingly, the company implemented each period with a total capacity of nearly 1,000 MW. From now until the end of 2019, the company will build a factory with a capacity of about 200 MW. Solar Park 1 and Solar Park 2 factories will be completed and will generate electricity with a capacity of 100 MW before the end of June 2019.
Representative of Hoan Cau Long An Company said: "At present, the construction of the piles, installation of ground-wire, the excavation of ditches for both factories reach 100 percent of workload completion rate. Solar Park 1 and Solar Park 2 factories reached 100 percent of the installation of the bracket, 20 percent of the installation of the solar panels. Besides, the set-up of Photovoltaics (PV) modules, inverter, etc. for the 2 factories was also focused."
In the implementation process, Hoan Cau Long An Company is always supported by the authorities. However, the company still faces difficulties in compensation and site clearance.
The total 110kV line of the project is nearly 19kilometers. Also, compensation are offered due to the construction of 82 pillars. Despite the active implementation of the plan, some locations in Thanh Loi commune, Ben Luc district have not been completed, thus leading to the prolongation of the compensation. In addition, disagreements amongst citizens arise in some locations where electric cables are stretched through residential land.
Therefore, it is suggested that functional agencies support the compensation and site clearance so as to promptly connect to the national grid as well as generate electricity before June 2019.
Director of the Department of Industry and Trade - Le Minh Duc required the department together with functional branches and local authorities to quickly solve problems for the investors. When being put into operation, the factory will help ensure operational safety, stabilize the national grid system, promote the socio-economic development of the province through direct service to local industrial parks, the development of clean energy sources and the provision of jobs for people, which contributes to the provincial budget./.
