The commercial area project in Thanh Hoa district (including rest stop, supermarket, restaurants, petroleum station, etc.) was started by the investor in February 2019. It basically completed 60 percent for agricultural product sales area in mid-April 2019. The area is built nicely and currently has 110 lots and stalls where 70 small-scale traders do businesses stably.

Currently, investor is building slaughter area to ensure environmental hygiene and aesthetics for the market. Other items are also being constructed urgently.

The market sells the regional well-known farm products, birds, mice and snakes. Therefore, during the working session, the delegation asked the investor to have rules for managing the market's activities, especially every business households who pledged not to sell banned animals, not to hang or to sell feather-plucked birds causing disgust for visitors.

This commitment needs to be done immediately and resolutely. The small-scale business households violated the commitment will not be allowed to do business. Relevant industries need to support and guide investor in the construction of this place to become a polite, civilized commercial area to attract tourists./.
