Tay Ninh targets top 15 nationwide in SIPAS

Tay Ninh continues efforts to reform administrative procedures

The plan aims to significantly enhance citizen service quality, foster public trust and satisfaction in administrative procedure processing, and strive to place Tay Ninh among the top 15 provinces and cities nationwide in the SIPAS by 2025.

The Provincial People's Committee has called on all levels, sectors, and localities to enhance awareness and accountability, particularly emphasizing the leadership's role in administrative reform. The province will focus on thoroughly addressing areas and issues that have received high levels of public dissatisfaction, and will resolutely and consistently implement reform tasks from the provincial level down to the grassroots, with people placed at the center of service delivery.

In particular, One-Stop Service Departments at all levels will be upgraded in both form and function. Signage and instructions must be clear and accessible; seating and essential support equipment must be adequately provided, especially at the commune level. Civil servants and public employees are expected to maintain discipline in their service attitudes and provide wholehearted, first-contact guidance to the public.

Regulations on administrative procedures will be publicly posted and easily accessible; the receipt and processing of documents must be timely and comply with relevant regulations. The province also mandates that all public feedback and recommendations be handled transparently and openly.

At the same time, Tay Ninh continues to advance administrative procedure reform by simplifying forms and maximizing convenience for citizens and businesses; expanding the provision of advanced online public services; and promoting the development of a digital government.

The province also promotes awareness campaigns about the purpose and significance of the SIPAS, fostering close coordination between media agencies and various departments, branches, and units to ensure that people understand, monitor, and provide feedback on service quality. The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tay Ninh province will actively promote its role in mobilizing public participation in monitoring the quality of public services.

The Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches, and commune-level People's Committees to regularly inspect the implementation of administrative reforms, with particular attention to communication and conduct of officials at the One-Stop Service Departments; strict measures will be taken against cases involving obstruction, harassment, or misconduct in the performance of public duties./.
