On June 3, Vice Chairman of the Long An People's Committee - Pham Van Canh led the delegation to check the actual progress of Provincial Road 830 (phase 2, section passing Can Duoc - Can Giuoc district) and Tan Tap - Long Hau Road Project (Can Giuoc district).

According to the report of the Department of Transport, Provincial Road 830 project phase 2 with a length of more than 20 kilometers and 04 bridges, upgraded from a type-IV road to a type-III one with 4 lanes. Total investment capital is more than 600 billion VND from the provincial budget and other lawfully mobilized capital sources. The project is implemented from 2018-2023.
The Tan Tap - Long Hau Road Project has a total investment of nearly 1,500 billion VND, including two components: the Tan Tap - Long Hau section (from Ring Road 4 to Rach Dua river) and the National Highway 50 to Long An Port. The project is implemented from 2017-2021.
Currently, two routes are being focused on construction. However, the two projects are still facing some difficulties and limit that impact on the progress, especially the clearance work.
At the inspection, some departments, branches, localities and contractors proposed solutions to accelerate the progress of the two projects.
