Thuan Binh Border Guard Station currently located in hamlet 61, Thuan Binh commune, Thanh Hoa district, is tasked with managing and protecting the 8,9km-long border section, including 12 landmarks (5 main landmarks and 7 auxiliary landmarks) from the point adjacent to the administrative boundary of 2 communes Thuan Binh and Binh Hoa Hung, Duc Hue district to the point contiguous to the administrative boundary of 2 communes Tan Hiep and Binh Thanh commune, Moc Hoa district.

At the meeting, representatives of Thanh Hoa District People's Committee and Thuan Binh Border Guard Station gave an overview of the anti-smuggling work since the Lunar New Year in the district and at the same time, shared some difficulties and proposed the Provincial People's Committee to remove them.

At the same time, he requested the functional branches, based on their assigned functions and tasks and the actual situation, to actively develop plans to direct the units to concentrate their forces to strengthen inspection, effectively control and fight against smuggling, counterfeit goods, commercial fraud, and illegal cross-border transportation of goods til the end of the year.

In addition, he also asked the unit to actively coordinate with functional forces to strengthen inspection at key routes, areas, border areas and heavily consumed items on holidays, contributing to the peaceful life of the people.
