Vietjet Air launches route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and Osaka

Vietnam’s new-generation airline Vietjet Air held a ceremony at Japan’s Kansai International on December 14, to officially launch its new air route connecting Ho Chi Minh City and the Japanese city of Osaka, which aims to contribute to facilitating tourism, trade exchanges and integration between the two countries and throughout the region.

Addressing the event, Gregory Jamet, Chief Commercial Officer at Kansai Airports, expressed his honour as Kansai Airport continues to be chosen as Vietjet’s destination in Japan after the opening of the Hanoi-Osaka route in November.

“We expect that the airline will continue to expand its flight network from and to Kansai Airport, thus delivering much more convenience and exciting experiences to the passengers,” he said.
