Vietnam Airlines adds 3,000 flights for summer
Vietnam Airlines will fly 3,000 additional flights with nearly 530,000 seats on local routes to meet the peak summer demand from now until the middle of August.
With the increase, the carrier will provide a total of 4.5 million seats, up 13.4 per cent more than normal and 6 per cent compared to last year, and operate more than 470 flights per day on peak days.
The domestic routes to benefit from this program are Hanoi/HCM City- Da Lat/Nha Trang/Phu Quoc
The carrier encourages passengers to purchase tickets early, make the earlier planning of the journey and to do online check-in to avoid long queues and waits, and shorten the processing time when the airport is overcrowded because of high travel./.
