Long An Labor Federation coordinated with the provincial Union of Industrial Parks to support money to union members who are workers, employees affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.

Accordingly, the provincial Labor Federation supported money to 131 workers who lost their jobs due to production downsizing or ceasing operations. Each worker is supported 1 million VND
According to the Vice Chairwoman of the provincial Labor Federation - Le Thi Thu Cuc, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, some businesses in the area have to deal with many workers who are on standby for unpaid work. Some employees lost their jobs because the enterprises did not re-sign new labor contracts. The lives of these workers are quite difficult.
The Labor Federation has urged Trade Union at all levels to mobilize trade union officials and union members to uphold the spirit of solidarity "support and share", contribute funds, support workers, hope to promptly share, help them overcome difficulties in this period./.
