Many enterprises boldly invest in high technology, digitize management, apply artificial intelligence to control quality, save energy, create new values, improve competitiveness, and build product value chains; gradually affirm brand reputation in the international arena, realize the goal of turning Tay Ninh into an attractive destination for investors.

Mr. Dang Khanh Duy (born in 1988), General Director of Tan Nhien Company Limited (Long Hoa ward), is an enthusiastic, dynamic, creative businessman, together with Tay Ninh Young Entrepreneurs Association in particular and the business community in general, always united, dynamic and full of aspirations.

Mr. Duy shared, “We are one of the pioneers in launching and building a brand for the product “super thin rice paper” that does not need to be dipped in water since the beginning of 2018. Tan Nhien is also the first unit in Tay Ninh to apply the production process that meets the international standard FSSC 22000.”

Mr. Dang Khanh Duy said that in 2022, the company invested in a high-tech rice paper production line with large capacity, creating a standardized production platform according to international standards. By 2023, Tan Nhien completely transformed; the capacity of super thin rice paper reached 14-18 tons/day. Following that success, the company expanded its product portfolio: spices (all kinds of salt), mixed rice paper, and flavored grilled rice paper. Thanks to that, the consumer market is constantly expanding. Up to now, Tan Nhien has exported its products to more than 7 countries and territories and distributed them to more than 25,000 domestic points of sale.

The Tay Ninh business community is still growing—with courage, intelligence, vision and compassion, always pioneering in innovative thinking, technological innovation to increase productivity and product quality, build strong brands, increase competitiveness, adapt to fluctuations. After the merger, the Provincial Business Association, the Provincial Tourism Association, and the Young Entrepreneurs Association have promoted their role as a place to connect, gather the intelligence and strength of the Tay Ninh business community, representing the voice of entrepreneurs, becoming a "bridge" between enterprises and the government.

Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized that young entrepreneurs not only focus on developing enterprises but also spread the spirit of implementing social responsibility activities. Many specialized clubs have been established—from the Investment & Startup Club, OCOP Club to the Charity Club—along with many programs such as the "Tay Ninh Excellent Startup" contest, the launch of "Startup Incubator" is clear evidence of that aspiration. "The Tay Ninh business community today has become a powerful force," Vice President of the Young Entrepreneurs Association Nguyen Minh Tam emphasized.

Up to now, the province has nearly 32,000 registered enterprises with a total registered capital of more than 918,000 billion VND; 94,000 business households; attracted more than 1,900 foreign investment projects with a registered capital of more than 24 billion USD, received nearly 3,090 domestic projects with a total registered capital of more than 690,000 billion VND. The growth of the business community is the result of a creative government that accompanies and promotes development.

Chairman of Tay Ninh Business Association Trinh Van Hai affirmed, “The increase in the number of projects, the growth in the scale of enterprises, and the gathering of a community of enterprises and entrepreneurs towards cooperation and mutual support in grasping information on market access, socio-economic development policies, and investment incentive policies help Tay Ninh entrepreneurs and enterprises support each other to enhance their strength, vision, value and competitiveness.”

"Sowing seeds" of social security

In recent times, Tay Ninh businessmen have always accompanied the local government in social security programs: building traffic works, schools, hospitals, charity houses; taking care of workers' lives; awarding scholarships to poor students who overcome difficulties and start businesses; joining hands with the State to support people to overcome natural disasters and epidemics. In 2025 alone, this figure has reached hundreds of billions of VND.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province Nguyen Van Ut highly appreciated the fact that Tay Ninh businessmen and enterprises always accompany the provincial government, are dynamic, take the vision of innovation as the driving force for development, and join hands and contribute to social security activities for a prosperous Tay Ninh.

At the dialogue conference with domestic associations, unions, and enterprises operating in key areas of Tay Ninh province in September 2025, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province Nguyen Van Ut affirmed, "The success of enterprises is the success of the government. Tay Ninh is always steadfast throughout the journey of innovation".

In the first 9 months of 2025, the export and import activities of enterprises continuously increased, and the tax payments to the budget were also a highlight, contributing to the whole province completing the budget target for 2025. The GRDP scale is estimated to reach over 352,000 billion VND, equivalent to 13.5 billion USD and the economic scale is in the top 10 nationwide.

After the merger, Tay Ninh has become a dynamic region of connectivity, opening up a space for strong development in industry, services and logistics. On that basis, the team of Tay Ninh enterprises and entrepreneurs quickly seized the opportunity, pioneered in innovating production models, applying science and technology, and creating new values ​​for the economy. The journey of developing the new Tay Ninh is a vivid demonstration of the power of connection, associated with the pioneering and companionship of the team of entrepreneurs.

Facing the opportunities and challenges in the new period, the Politburo issued Resolution No. 68 on private economic development—one of the four strategic pillars to bring the country into a new era of development, an era of strong rise and prosperity of the nation—identifying the private economy as the most important driving force of the national economy.

Tay Ninh enterprises and businessmen are increasingly asserting their role as "soldiers on the economic front," not only contributing to improving the competitiveness and brand of Tay Ninh enterprises in the international arena but also bearing the mark of perseverance, tireless efforts, and creativity, contributing greatly to the budget, creating jobs for hundreds of thousands of workers, and contributing to the common goal: building a prosperous, green, and sustainable Tay Ninh./.
