Logicross Nam Thuan warehouse – A strategic milestone for Mitsubishi Estate in Vietnam

Located in Nam Thuan Industrial Park, My Hanh Commune, Tay Ninh Province, the project covers an area of over 6.2 hectares with a total investment of more than 1 trillion VND. This is Mitsubishi Estate’s first logistics project in Vietnam, marking a strategic step in bringing the Logicross brand to the international market.

The facility comprises three single-storey warehouse blocks, with minimum leasable floor areas starting from 3,000 m², catering to a wide range of clients. One of the warehouses is equipped with a two-way loading and unloading system, designed to support complex logistics operations such as cross-docking. The project also features backup power generators to ensure stable operations even in cases of natural disasters or power outages.

As a Japanese developer, Mitsubishi Estate is committed to using premium materials and equipment, raising operational standards across the project. Notably, Logicross Nam Thuan has been awarded the LEED BD+C certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, thanks to its adoption of eco-friendly solutions, including energy-saving LED lighting, water-efficient fixtures, and optimised energy management systems.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Huynh Van Son emphasised: “Today’s event marks an important milestone, signalling a new stage of development for Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam.
