Former Standing Deputy Prime Minister - Truong Hoa Binh said that this program has a humane meaning, helping people in remote, border areas of the province travel more easily and at the same time, creating favorable conditions for families with difficult circumstances, especially those affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, to be motivated to rise up. Former Standing Deputy Prime Minister praised and highly appreciated the contributions of donors. Hopefully, businesses and benefactors will continue to support and accompany the province's social security programs in the coming time.
