Long An: National Industrial Promotion Program supports 300 million VND for enterprises processing dragon fruit

Accepting the operation process of dragon fruit washing machine

This is one of the projects "Supporting rural industrial establishments in Long An province to develop the production of agricultural products in the period of 2021 - 2023" under the National Industrial Promotion Program implemented by the Center for Industry and Trade Promotion, to help rural trade establishments apply advanced and modern machinery and equipment in agricultural product processing.

The project has been implemented from July 2021 to the present with a budget of 615.5 million VND. In which, the funding from the National Industrial Promotion Program supports 300 million VND, the rest is the reciprocal capital of the beneficiary.

After being washed, dragon fruit meets the standards and the customers’ requirements 

Mr. Le Van Hoang, the owner of Thuy Hoang dragon fruit purchasing establishments, said that the dragon fruit washing machine was invested with a modern operating mechanism, would save labor and production time. Products meet the standards and the customers’ requirements after being washed.

According to the Center for Industrial and Trade Promotion, when the dragon fruit washing machine is put into use, it will help the establishment reduce production costs and increase profits. Since then, dragon fruit ensures a stable supply to the market with equal quality, increasing competitiveness and being suitable for the industrialization process.

From this model, the establishments can expand their production scale and increase product quality when they sell to the market./.
