The plan aims to promote the achievement of the 4th industrial revolution in e-commerce as well as popularize online shopping. Thus, shopping habits and consumer behavior have been gradually changed in order to foster trade and service growth, contribute to boosting the province's economic development.

In 2019, the Department of Industry and Trade will hold 2 training workshops on e-commerce.

To be more particular, the first one is to encourage the establishment of websites or e-commerce applications and improve the capacity of officials in the field of e-commerce. The conference will also propagate policies and laws on e-commerce, set up e-commerce plans and e-marketing techniques on e-commerce website and introduce new e-commerce models.

At the second one, the Department of Industry and Trade and Vietnam Digital Project 4.0 will provide knowledge in digital and soft skills for micro and small businesses as well as startups to enhance online business efficiency. Training content includes creating a basic website, increasing display on Google, the presence of businesses on search engines and methods to learn about businesses from data, etc.

At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee directed the Department of Industry and Trade to maintain the operation and ensure the security of e-commerce trading floor to support enterprises./.
