The Secretary of the District Party Committee of Tan Hung - Le Van Hung, leaders of the district People's Committee, relevant district agencies and units and Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company receive and work with the delegation 

According to Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company, the company is currently implementing an industrial pangasius farming project in an area of 219 hectares in Vinh Loi and Vinh Chau A communes. The model growing pangasius by circulating water “river in the pond” is invested by the company in the trend of development as expected. The company also fully fulfills environmental impact requirements.

The company’s current difficulty is that there are still problems with the land use purpose mechanism, so it has not been granted a land use right certificate. Through this, the company also proposed to lease the 855 hectares of the land fund in Hung Dien commune previously managed by Dong Thap I One Member Limited Company to implement a strategic project on a circular economic model; the company is allowed to use the connection lines to install a solar energy system of about 3 - 5MW to optimize the exploitation of resources in the existing 219 hectares of land.

In order to create conditions for Vinh Hoan Corporation to implement aquaculture projects in Tan Hung district, to ensure compliance with the law, after exchanging at the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc asked provincial departments and branches to review and evaluate requirements in a flexible direction; For Vinh Hoan Joint Stock Company, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee required the company to build a specific project of aquaculture on the land of 855 hectares in Hung Dien commune as well as a solar power project to send to Tan Hung district and province to be considered.

At the meeting, Tan Hung district proposed the province to pay attention to some issues such as the works have been agreed on the policy of supporting investment capital but not yet implemented, including 2 bridges spanning canal 79 in the commune of Hung Dien and Hung Dien B; bridge over Ngang canal in Vinh Buu commune; investment capital support to implement the project of concentrated agricultural - forestry - fishery production and processing zone in Hung Dien B commune.

Some projects of the Provincial People's Committee agreed on investment policy in the period 2021 - 2025, including the Nghia Trang canal bridge, Vinh Buu commune and the ring road of Tan Hung townlet. For the project linking Truong Xuan - Vinh Buu bridge over Duong Van Duong canal, the district proposes the province to work in agreement with Dong Thap province, to soon implement it.

In addition, the district also proposed the province to support the implementation of works in the asphaltic project to the centers of communes, works serving the agricultural production program with high technology application associated with the restructuring of the agricultural sector in the district; The work is invested from socialized capital but it has not been implemented yet. Regarding personnel work, the district proposed the province to early review Project 02 to have a new policy on the model of the Secretary and Chairman of the Commune People's Committee; reviewing regulations on leadership titles of specific associations with no more than 2 terms per person.

Regarding the field in charge, the Department of Transport - Transport, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Finance, Department of Home Affairs have analyzed and clarified the proposed issues to the working group holds. Most of the work items are agreed to be supported and will be implemented according to the roadmap.
