Support for replicating and maintaining hi-tech application model

As a rule, the support period is for 2 consecutive years to replicate the model. The supported amounts are the cost of buying seeds and production materials; designing and renovating fields; purchase or rent hi-tech equipment, modern technology, automation, digital technology for production.

In which, the first year supports 30 pecent of the above costs, but the maximum support money does not exceed 300 million VND per model.

In the second year, support 20 percent of the total cost, but the maximum support money is not more than 200 million VND percent model. However, in order to be supported, the model must fully satisfy the minimum area requirements of the model such as 50 hectares for rice, 10 hectares for lemon trees, 10 hectares for dragon fruit trees, and 01 hectares for fruit trees with vegetables.

At the same time, people must have a production plan and plan for 2 consecutive years, maintaining support results for at least 3 years. In case of forced liquidation before the deadline, the consent of the supporting agency must be obtained.

In addition to the above conditions, fertilizers and pesticides must be on the list of permitted production, trading and use in Vietnam. Hi-tech equipment, modern technology, automation and digital technology must be on the list of incentives and prioritized support according to regulations./.
