Provincial Road 822B project (the section from Provincial Road 825 connecting Provincial Road 838 with Ho Chi Minh Road) has a length of about 11.4km; Investment in phase 1 of level IV plain road includes 7m wide asphalt surface, 9m wide road base. Vam Co Dong bridge section has load capacity of HL93. Total investment is more than 918 billion VND. The scope of site clearance for the completion phase is 30m wide. Vam Co Dong bridge is constructed by Hop Thanh - North Central South Joint Venture, from May 4, 2023 - June 3, 2025. The value of the implemented volume reached 30%.

Through actual inspection and listening to reports from the local side and Department of Transport, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee - Nguyen Van Ut emphasized that provincial departments and branches need to coordinate closely with localities and implementation units to speed up construction progress and complete site clearance work early; focus on removing difficulties and accelerating the progress of projects.

Particularly for the Provincial Road 823D project, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee requested that Duc Hoa district drastically focus on leading and directing the completion of clean site clearance work for the entire route in June. At the same time, he assigned the Department of Transport and The Project Management Board to work with the construction unit to mobilize maximum resources to construct the area that has been handed over, ensuring progress, quality, and the proposed plan.
