Accordingly, VssID - Digital Social Insurance is a product of the digital conversion ecosystem serving the people of the social insurance industry. This application will promote more electronic transactions, convenient for both the social insurance agency and the participants and beneficiaries to ensure fast, accurately, transparently and fairly.

Currently, the provincial social insurance agency actively implements activities of communication, propaganda, implementation of the VssID application installation in 2021. In which, the "Propaganda group, dissemination and instructions on installing VssID application" is established at the social insurance of the province, the district and city (1 group per unit) directly go to agencies, units, organizations and employees to guide the installation of VssID application on mobile phones. At the same time, the provincial social insurance agency also introduced the changes of the new health insurance card to the people.

According to the plan, in the coming time, the social insurance agencies of districts and city will focus on propagating and guiding the installation and use of the VssID application and introducing new forms of health insurance cards for employees' representatives in employers; agent staff, collaborators and people participating in voluntary social insurance and health insurance in the area.
