The festival was hosted by Duc Hue Youth Union, with 8 competing teams consisting of students, union members, and young people from the Youth Union of districts: Thu Thua; Tan Thanh, Vinh Hung, Tan Hung, Thanh Hoa, Moc Hoa, Duc Hue and Kien Tuong town.

Here, competing teams participate in many exciting activities such as the Golden Bell contest to learn about diplomatic relations between Vietnam and other countries through the online quiz website Myaloha.

In addition, the teams also participated in the youth beauty contest performing traditional costumes of countries in the ASEAN community and other countries such as France, Japan, the United Kingdom and Singapore using recycled materials. The costumes performances are meticulously and elaborately designed from milk cartons, water cans, plastic bottles, plastic cups, newspapers, old notebooks, cake boxes, ballpoint pens that have run out of ink, etc to introduce the culture, history, and people of ASEAN countries and other countries.

At the festival, students, union members, and young people also learned about the election situation in Cambodia and watched the report "Vietnam Japan Relations - 50 years of fruitfulness".

At the end, the first prize in the Golden Bell contest belonged to Duc Hue Youth Union; first prize in the Youth Beauty contest belonged to Thu Thua Youth Union.
