Long An Provincial People's Council of session IX holds 25th meeting (the thematic meeting) on February 26
On February 26, the Long An People's Council of session IX, term 2016-2021, will hold a thematic meeting to consider and decide on some important and urgent issues on socio-economic and human work under its authority.
The Provincial People's Council will consider and decide on important and urgent issues at the 25th session
It is expected that the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve a resolution on amending and supplementing some of the contents of Article 1 of the Resolution No. 01/2019/NQ-HDND dated March 12, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council providing for the resignation allowance due to the arrangement of the communal apparatus; the resolution specifies the spending content and the rate of spending to elect deputies to the XVth National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the term 2021 - 2026; resolution on approving the list of projects to change the land use purpose from farming land to other purposes and the list of projects for land acquisition in 2021.
In addition, the Provincial People's Council will also decide to approve updating the list of land use planning to 2020 and land use plan for the final period (2016 - 2020); allocating capital plans in 2021 for urgent projects using additional funding sources to support localities in accordance with Decision No. 118/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister; adjusted investment policy of Provincial Road (PR) 823D project (new North West opening axis connecting Long An - Ho Chi Minh City), the project of PR 827E, the project of PR 830E (section from expressway intersection to PR 830).
At this meeting, the Provincial People's Council will dismiss and elect additional members of the provincial People's Committee of session IX, term 2016 - 2021./.
