Nearly 700 hectares of clean land in industrial parks are available for lease

According to Decision No. 686/QD-TTg dated June 13, 2023 of the Prime Minister on approving the Long An Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, the whole Long An province has 51 industrial parks with a total planning area of ​​12,433 hectares.

Currently, Long An has 36 established industrial parks with a total planning area of ​​over 9,693 hectares. Of which, 26 industrial parks are eligible to receive investment with a planning area of ​​over 5,982 hectares; 10 industrial parks have been approved for investment by the Prime Minister, and are implementing procedures, site clearance, and infrastructure investment with an area of ​​over 2,908 hectares.

In addition, Long An has 4 industrial parks with a planned area of ​​over 550 hectares that are waiting for approval of investment policies by the Prime Minister; 11 industrial parks with a planned area of ​​over 2,183 hectares are implementing planning procedures, and will implement procedures for granting investment policies after meeting the conditions prescribed by the law on industrial parks.

From the beginning of the year to the end of September 2024, the area of ​​industrial land for lease in industrial parks is 28.39 hectares. The occupancy rate in industrial parks is 68.08% and the area of ​​clean land ready for lease is nearly 700 hectares. The unit price for subleasing land use rights at industrial parks in the province ranges from 150 - 275 USD/m²/lease term (depending on location)./.
