In addition, the Commune People's Committee effectively implemented the model of a friendly and civilized office for the people to serve, changing the perception of cadres and civil servants in the style of serving the people. In March 2021, the commune deployed the model of 3 self-management of security, 3 border civilizations to propagate and mobilize people living on the border to participate in maintaining security and order, planting flowers on the roads to create beauty.
