Out of 15 projects with resettlement arrangement in Can Giuoc district of Long An province, 7 projects have completed land allocation and land use right certificates for people.
Can Giuoc district has 15 resettlement projects
According to information from the People's Committee of Can Giuoc district, there are currently 15 projects in the area with resettlement arrangements for people whose land is acquired to implement projects with a total area of more than 307 hectares, as planned nearly 5,000 resettlement lots.
Up to now, 4,779 lots have been allocated to people and of which 4,772 lots have been granted land use right certificates by functional departments. Since then, the investor has granted people more than 4,240 certificates.
Specifically, out of 15 projects with resettlement arrangement, 7 projects have completed land allocation and land use right certificates for people.
The remaining 8 projects have some problems. In which, more than 500 certificates of land use rights have been issued to investors but not yet re-issued to people. On the other hand, due to the above problems, there are still many lands that have not been allocated to people, or have not been granted land use right certificates to investors./.
