Currently, Long An has 4 concentrated isolation areas (the provincial Military School integrates the Field Hospital, Moc Hoa Infantry Company, Duc Hue Infantry Company and Vinh Hung Infantry Company) in operation. People serving food, hygiene, monitoring health, security and order, and so on in isolated areas are guaranteed. The remaining 13 quarantine areas are ready to receive citizens to quarantine.

In order to ensure the receipt and organization of isolation for people from the epidemic area or passing the epidemic area to return to the locality in a timely and effective manner, the Provincial People's Committee has directed the provincial Military Command to maintain, coordinate with the Department of Health and related units to prepare the plans. In particular, isolation is the plan to strictly comply with 5 anti-epidemic principles including preventing, detecting, isolating, localizing and stamping out epidemics.

Therefore, the province has set up a field hospital and the isolated area at the provincial Military school with a scale of 100 beds for isolation and treatment of Covid-19 patients since the beginning of March 2020. Before leaving the quarantine area, the quarantined person has a negative test result twice, and continues monitoring and managing their health for the next 14 days.

In addition, the provincial People's Committee leaders request localities to organize well and be ready for concentrated isolation areas, prepare personnel plans for isolated situations of an area or a locality in a district, town or city in a situation where at least one positive case may occur in the area under management, including at medical examination and treatment establishments, when it is necessary to isolate medical workers.

The provincial People's Committee has also directed the provincial Military Command to host and coordinate coordinate with the provincial Public Security, the Health Department and the local People's Committees in deploying the current concentrated isolation areas, being ready for 2,000 people and actively preparing for receiving more additional 3,000 people./.
