Through the dialogue, city leaders grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people in implementing socio-economic development planning and projects in the area

The conference received 14 opinions from the people on the planning of urban projects, compensation prices, land acquisition process, compensation unit prices for site clearance; investment works to upgrade and expand roads; issues related to land management; etc.

The relevant divisions and branches receive and explain the people’s opinions timely and satisfactorily.

Secretary of Tan An City Party Committee - Le Cong Dinh requested that branches and levels, especially Party committees and authorities of wards 3, 4, 5, Loi Binh Nhon, Huong Tho Phu, Nhon Thanh Trung and An Vinh Ngai continues to organize to master, concretize and propagate people to fully realize the meaning of building a civilized urban lifestyle in the coming time; well implement policies on mobilizing and effectively using investment resources to build socio-economic infrastructure.

Well perform planning, manage planning, speed up the construction progress of basic construction works, especially key works, works serving socio-economic development.

The City People's Committee directs specialized divisions and branches to regularly coordinate with the People's Committees of communes and wards to focus on reviewing and making statistics on the progress of projects and basic construction works; projects that haven’t been done for a long time; specific information on deploying and implementing progress to the people.

At the same time, the City steps up the adjustment of land fluctuations after land acquisition to serve as a basis for ensuring the people's legitimate rights and obligations. The city also continues to propagate and mobilize people to agree on the policy of the City's ring road project to clear the construction site to meet the schedule assigned by the upper authority.

Specialized divisions and should branches strengthen coordination between the Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in propagating, persuading and mobilizing people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws to implement the works and projects in the area.

In addition, the City strengthens coordination in inspecting and timely handling of violations in implementing compensation and clearance of works and projects. Leaders of communes and wards must take more responsibility and be more active in researching, building plans, promoting socio-economic development, etc.
