Investment promotion activities are always paid attention and promoted by provincial leaders. The province successfully organized many dialogue conferences with Korean businesses in 2024; a working group to promote investment and connect cooperation in Korea (April 22-26, 2024); cooperation exchange discussion between Long An province and Okayama city (Japan); many foreign businesses come to Long An to learn about the investment and business environment; etc.

Accumulated since the beginning of 2024, the province has newly granted 34 FDI projects, with investment capital of 212 million USD (an increase of 64.6 million USD). To date, there are 1,292 FDI projects in the province, with capital of more than 11.2 billion USD, of which 635 projects are in operation, with a total investment capital of over 4.2 billion USD.

Among 40 countries and territories investing in the province, Singapore ranks first (over billion USD); Taiwan ranked second, South Korea ranked third, Japan ranked fourth. The following positions are Hong Kong, China, America, etc./.
