Participating in the exchange are more than 16 performances from the Union of Friendship Organizations of provinces and cities: Ben Tre, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An, Tay Ninh, Ho Chi Minh City and Tien Giang; Consulates general of countries in Ho Chi Minh City include Indonesia, China, Laos, Thailand, Russia, the Philippines and the Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Vietsovpetro.

According to the jury's assessment, the cultural exchange performances were highly invested, elaborately prepared, colorful, very exciting and lively, demonstrating the typical cultural beauty of the homeland, country, people of Vietnam as well as countries around the world. On this occasion, the Consuls General of Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, China and Russia participated in an exchange of typical musical performances of their countries with award-winning performances at the Southeast Friendship Melodies Festival (Cluster 4). Long An delegation introduced and participated in the exchange program, winning the award for the best performance about Vietnam and the third prize for the entire troupe (Pride of Vietnam and Guantanamera - Cuban folk song).

On this occasion, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations continues to maintain the existing traditional relationship; strengthen exchanges and build relationships with new Consuls General to promote people-to-people diplomacy, introduce culture and promote beautiful images of the homeland, people, products, etc of Long An province to friends from other countries.

Festival and cultural exchange activities are alternately hosted and coordinated by the Union of Friendship Organizations of the Southeast provinces and cities to create a playground to encourage, exchange, introduce, honor, spread and enhance mutual understanding of culture, tourism and promote peaceful relations, solidarity, friendship and cooperation between the people of countries.

According to the plan, the Southeast Friendship Melodies Festival (Cluster No. 4) and the Cultural Exchange Program with the Consulate General of other countries in Ho Chi Minh City for the fourth time will be held in Ho Chi Minh City in 2025./.
