According to the assessment of functional forces of 2 districts of Tan Hung and Vinh Hung, in the internal and external areas, activities of entities related to illegal trading, transportation and possession of narcotics have not been detected. Violations of the law related to illegal entry and exit decreased significantly compared to the same period in 2022.

The situation of smuggling and illegal transportation of goods across the border still takes place on small and odd scale for the purpose of self-use or consumption in the locality. Goods smuggled and transported are mainly cigarettes, sugar and agricultural materials of foreign origin.
