Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc highly appreciated district's achievements in the first nine months of 2022. He suggested that Ben Luc District Party Committee continue to lead the Party Committee and the government to successfully implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee and the District Party Committee in 2022. In which, strengthening monitoring, inspection, supervision and urging the implementation of breakthrough programs and key projects of the resolution proposed by Party congresses at all levels are the key tasks.

Mr. Duoc also asked Ben Luc to monitor and grasp the situation, promptly support to remove difficulties, help enterprises stabilize production and business development; accelerate the construction progress and disbursement of capital for works and projects. In which, the district must urgently reviewed and transferred capital sources to strive for the disbursement rate to reach 100% of the plan; continue to direct land management, investment and construction; review, manage and effectively exploit the public land fund to create sources of investment and development.

From the beginning of 2022 up to now, the Party Committee, authorities and people of Ben Luc district have made every effort to promote favorable conditions, actively overcome difficulties, accelerate recovery and socio-economic development. At the same time, the district also deployed and actively implemented patriotic emulation movements, contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the District Party Committee 2022 in 9 months with many important results.

In economic, the growth rate of production value of the district in 9 months reached 9.02%. In which, industry - construction increased by 9.17%, trade - service increased by 9.43%. New rural construction is focused on and improve criteria quality for communes meeting normal and advanced standards.

The investment environment focused on improvingto be more open, which is also a favorable condition to strongly attract domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in the district. In 9 months of 2022, Ben Luc has 114 newly established domestic enterprises and branches with a capital of 2,546 billion VND and 5 newly registered branches of foreign investment enterprises.

Trade and service activities have prospered, goods are abundant in association with diversifying forms of distribution and supply to consumers, meeting the needs of production and people's life. Regarding budget revenue, which was directed to strengthen inspection, evaluation, and learning experience, the results achieved and exceeded the ordinance and provincial targets.

In the last 3 months of 2022, Ben Luc drastically implements compensation and site clearance, deploys works and projects in line with the targets according to the Program No. 10-Ctr/HU of the Standing Board of the District Party Committee and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, especially focusing on implementation of Conclusion No. 05-KL/HU, dated October 6, 2022 of the District Steering Committee for Compensation and Site Clearance, ensuring that the annual 200 hectares target of clean land is met. At the same time, the district focuses on solving problems in outstanding projects; regularly coordinate and create the best conditions to speed up the construction progress of Nguyen Trung Truc High School (to be implemented in the form of turnkey).
