Member of provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Long An provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa speaks at the Conference

Long An delegation, including Member of provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Long An provincial People's Committee - Pham Tan Hoa, representative of the Party Committee for Propaganda and Training, Department of Information and Communications and provincial Border Guard Command attended the meeting.

At the conference, Mr. Pham Tan Hoa reported an overview results on implementing EI in Long An province over the past time as well as difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementation, and recommended the MoIC to pay attention to support fund for the construction of panels at Binh Hiep International Border Gate; to invest a radio system based on information and telecommunications technology in 20 border communes in the province, etc. to create conditions for Long An province to better implement the EI in the coming time.

Director of the Division of EI under MoIC – Doan Cong Huynh reported a preliminary review of 3 years of implementing Circular No. 22/2016/TT-BTTTT dated October 19, 2016 of the MoIC on guiding the management of EI activities of the provinces and cities under the Central; summarizing the emulation movement in the EI 2018 and implementing emulation movement 2019.

Besides, the reporter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Public Security informs two topics: The US-China trade confrontation and issues related to the world, the situation of the East Sea; Trade Agreements and commitments on human rights.

In addition, the delegates also spent a lot of time discussing at the conference, assessing the situation and proposing solutions to implement the EI activities in the coming time.

Through this conference, delegates were equipped with basic knowledge about the work of foreign trade; Foreign policy of the Party and the State and orienting the content of the implementation of foreign exchange activities in the coming time./.
