Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc asks Can Giuoc district to focus on implementing some key tasks in the coming time

In the spirit of welcoming Tet "joyfully, healthily, safely, economically", the Standing Committee of Can Giuoc District Party Committee has led the implementation of the task with many results. The area of sowing rice is about 3,400 hectares; 53 hectares of watermelon for Tet holiday; 1,750 hectares of vegetables; brackish water shrimp farming 397 hectares; herd of poultry and animal is maintained stability. Supermarkets and convenience stores ensure enough goods to serve the Tet shopping needs of people.

State budget revenue as of March 11, 2021 was 140 billion VND; reaching 28.44 percent. The district has paid, compensated, supported, and cleared the ground by 94 households and 3 organizations, covering an area of 22.42 hectares with a total amount of 200 billion VND.

The district strengthens communication and propaganda on the prevention and control of diseases Covid-19. To date, the district has not recorded any cases of the disease. Ensure safety for students returning to school after Tet holiday. Visiting and giving gifts to policy beneficiaries and social beneficiaries with the total amount of more than 9 billion VND, of which the socialization is over 6.5 billion VND. Most of the agencies and units have made additional income payments for their staff.

Most businesses have Tet bonuses for workers and the number of workers returning to work after Tet is about 97 percent. National defense and security have been maintained, ensuring that people enjoy Tet and safety. The political system works effectively. The district review and prepare personnel for the election of district and commune People's Council deputies for the term 2021 - 2026.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc suggested that the Standing Committee of Can Giuoc District Party Committee would focus on implementing the Resolution of the XIth Provincial Party Congress and the 2021 Resolution of the province and district in the coming time. The leaders well implemented the election of deputies to the XVth National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for term 2021 - 2026. It  also implements site clearance well, creates a clean land fund to attract investment.

At the same time, the district mobilizes the whole political system to perform the set political tasks, with innovative thinking, dynamic and creative work. It directs cadres, civil servants and public employees to perform drastic work right from the beginning of the year; avoids the situation to put work at the end of the year; contributes to implementing the Resolution of the province and district in 2021 and the following years successfully.

Previously, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc and the delegation surveyed the site of Rach Doi bridge, the road connecting Rach Doi bridge to Provincial Road (PR) 826E and PR 826E. In addition, the delegation listened to Can Giuoc district and construction units reporting progress, difficulties and problems in the construction process, to direct the early settlement of works in the coming time./.
