In the afternoon, delegates continued to analyze the results achieved, pointing out some limitations in the process of implementing targets and tasks since the beginning of the term, proposing solutions to achieve and exceed the targets set by the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Party Congress. In particular, delegates focused on mobilizing resources to build transport infrastructure; site clearance and new rural construction; etc.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Council - Nguyen Van Duoc emphasized: In the remaining period of the term, there will still be many difficulties and challenges. Therefore, the entire political system must be highly focused on drastically implementing the key tasks and breakthroughs in the Resolution of 11th Provincial Party Congress; continue to remove "bottlenecks", exploit resources, and promote socio-economic development.

At the same time, the province must urgently and drastically implement the Provincial Master Plan for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050 to take advantage of opportunities to build and develop the province quickly and sustainably; change the orientation from agricultural production to agricultural economics, associated with improving efficiency, competitiveness and adaptation to climate change.

In addition, the Provincial Party Secretary proposed to strengthen compensation and site clearance work to quickly deploy large and key projects; strive to achieve and exceed budget revenue targets; improve PCI, PAPI, PAR Index, strive to rank in the top group, etc.

With the spirit of proactive, dynamic, taking advantage of opportunities, and promoting internal resources, the Provincial Party Secretary rerquested Provincial Party Committee members, leaders of provincial and local departments and branches to further enhance their spirit, sense of responsibility, focusing on leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and organizing the successful implementation of the 11th Provincial Party Congress Resolution, creating a premise for outstanding development for the 12th Provincial Party Congress.

At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee also awarded the medal "For the cause of organizing and building the Party" to 9 officials and party members of the Provincial Party Committee who have contributed to organizing and building the Party. On this occasion, the Provincial Party Committee gave farewell gifts to members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Provincial Party Committee due to retirement or job transfer./.
