Launching ceremony of the "Youth counters to support citizens" model of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center's Youth Union
The model is organized with the goal of helping union members and young people master the knowledge, processes, and operations on the Public Service Portal in terms of application registration, fee payment, and satisfaction assessment with online administrative procedures.
Supporting people to register accounts and successfully submiting administrative documents online will contribute to increase the rate of online submission through the Public Service Portal (national and provincial), facilitating, satisfying people and businesses when performing administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The model is implemented in a direct form: Union members and youth directly guide and support people to register, submit fee, assess online satisfaction at the support area, and indirect form: Through phone, written instructions or Teamviewer software to support submiting, paying fees and charges online on the Public Service Portal.
Youth union members guide people to carry out administrative procedures
The implementation of the "Youth counters to support citizens" model must ensure convenience and satisfaction for people and businesses, must not let people wait more than 15 minutes in performing online and in-person administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The Center's Youth Union has set a goal that the online application form at the Center in 2023 would reach over 95%, and the online fee payment in 2023 would be over 30% of the total fees collected; ensuring over 50% the direction of the Provincial People's Committee. In the case of asessing online profiles, the satisfaction level of people and businesses is expected to reach over 95%.
