At the dialogue, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc clearly stated the purpose, meaning and importance of the city's Ring Road for socio-economic development in Tan An city in particular, Long An province in general. Accordingly, this is one of three key projects according to the Resolution of the Xth Party Congress of Long An province, term 2015 - 2020 and Resolution of the XI Party Congress of Long An province, term 2020 - 2025. The Ring Road of Tan An City passes through 8 communes and wards including My An, My Phu (Thu Thua district), Loi Binh Nhon, An Vinh Ngai, Binh Tam, ward 7, Khanh Hau ward and Tan Khanh ward (Tan An city).
Currently, there are 216 households who have not agreed on the policy and have not yet handed over the land to investors, of which 31 households are officials and party members working and living in the city. Problems in site clearance have delayed the project progress, greatly affecting travel and people's lives. This issue is being paid great attention by the city government, as well as with drastic direction to remove obstacles and speed up the implementation progress.
In the past time, the city has established groups to mobilize families to follow the guidelines of the province and city; the city aslo listens, explains and solves according to their authority the problems that people still have problems to create a high consensus and unanimity for the people whose land has been acquired in the project area, etc.

City people express their opinions at the dialogue
At the dialogue, there were 8 opinions of representatives of households related to the city's Ring Road project. Most of the households participating in the dialogue agreed with the policy of land acquisition. Particularly for the land within 20 meters of the extension on both sides of the road, most of the households disagree with the policy as well as disagree with the compensation price. In addition, people are also interested in the resettlement of households not eligible for resettlement assistance, etc. With a frank, open attitude and high sense of responsibility, provincial and Tan An City leaders listen and answer the issues that people care about.
Concluding speech at the dialogue, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Duoc received and acknowledged the comments of the households. Leaders of the provinces and cities will consider each specific issue, propose solutions to solve it with compassion, reason, and satisfaction with the interests of the State and the people, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
At the same time, for issues that the political system does in accordance with the law, the Provincial Party Secretary wants the people to continue to agree and follow the guidelines and policies of the State so that the Ring Road project will soon be built, completed and put into use, so that this road becomes a continuous traffic axis connecting the city center urban area with the northern urban area and the urban area to the south, creating a connection, helping to transport goods conveniently, promoting trade development, creating a driving force for the city and the whole province./.
